When, I looked on internet & understand from my wife about the fast, it looked very difficult as one has not to take even a drop of water the entire day. Any way as I was prepared to observe the fast, I started visualising myself as my wife's wife. To do that, I started some tummy excercises to have flat tummy as I was supposed to wear Saree on the fast day. As suggested by my wife, I got full body waxing done at VLCC. A day before Karwa Chauth day, I had to go to Hyderabad for a business trip. My wife gave the the set of Saree, Blouse, Bra, Panty, Payal. High Heel Sandle, Neclace, Clip on EAR RINGS etc. to practice while I stay in the Hotel. She has given little tips on how to wear the same. I was excited to try everything the first time. As I was trying everything first time, I thought to get my make up done at Beauty parlour of the 5 Start Hotel where I was staying as a practice session. When I requested for the appointment, the lady in beauty parlor first laught & tried to avoid the situation. But, once she learned the purpose, she agreed to give me an appointment at 5.30 pm. I wore saeee, sandle, necklace, earing etc. to the best of my ability & reached to the beauty parlour from my Hotel room. I was asked to also get my pedicure & manicure done with french style nail colour on tips before a decent night party make up with eye, face , lips well decorated. After the makeup, I tried to go to the bar & then walked around with help of the Duty manager a nice lady on duty to protect me from any unwanted situation. Before going to bed
Next day morning, I took morning flight & came to my home. I did not take any thing the entire day. In the evening my wife asked me to get ready as her wife in saree. She did my make up. I saw her in screen after looking to the Moon, worship her with water & then touched her feet. She offered me dinner & put sindur on my first karwa chouth fast.
